Broadly, there are two things people want: better drinking water, and better water throughout the whole house. We supply solutions for both.
Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Purifiers
Reverse osmosis (RO) is internationally recognised as one of the most effective and economical ways to remove the widest range of contaminants from drinking water — including fluoride, nitrates, heavy metals, microplastics and microorganisms. Water passes through sediment and carbon pre-filters, then under pressure through a semi-permeable RO membrane that purifies at a molecular level, delivering pure water ready to drink. We offer three RO options to suit different needs and budgets.
EdelWasser Countertop RO
A sleek countertop system that sits on your kitchen bench — no plumbing required. Its 5-stage filtration includes a reverse osmosis membrane, reducing impurities for clean, great-tasting drinking and cooking water while saving on bottled water. Compact, beautiful and easy to install.
American (Clack) Under-Sink RO
Certified by the National Sanitation Foundation International (NSF/ANSI Standard 58) for contaminant reduction. Includes a Water Quality Monitor — at the press of a button it shows the membrane's rejection rate (green at 75–100%, amber below), so you only replace the membrane when needed. Compact under-sink design. Optional re-mineralising cartridge.

Aquarius 5-Stage Under-Sink RO
A larger under-sink system with an extra preliminary filter — five passes of treatment in total. Choose an extra sediment filter for dirtier water, or extra carbon for more chemical reduction. The RO membrane at its heart is American-made. Optional re-mineralising cartridge.

Whole-House Water Systems
While RO purifiers give you beautiful drinking water at one tap, a whole-house system treats all the water entering your home — so every shower, bath and tap benefits. The most common need is removing chlorine, but whole-house systems can be built up with additional treatment for your specific water supply.
Carbon Treatment for Chlorine (the foundation)
Chlorine and other chemicals are often added to town supplies during treatment, but they can leave an unpleasant taste and smell. Activated carbon removes chlorine through adsorption and catalytic reduction — giving you fresher-tasting water and a more pleasant bath or shower throughout the whole house.
Whole-House Carbon Media Tank
A tank filled with 11–25kg of loose granular activated carbon, installed near your main water valve to treat all incoming water. Includes a manual backwashing valve to clean the carbon and prolong its life. More than 7× the carbon volume of standard cartridges — brilliantly effective, cost-effective, and no maintenance required for years.
Housing & Refillable Cartridge
A 20-inch housing with a refillable ~4-litre carbon cartridge, fitted to the cold-water line before it enters the house. Refilling with loose carbon granules is more economical than replacing the whole cartridge and keeps waste from landfill. Sediment pre-filtration can be added.

Water Softening
For hard water — reduces scale that damages appliances, kettles, showers and hot water cylinders, and is gentler on skin and hair.
Sediment Reduction
Removes dirt and particles from bore, tank or rural supplies for clearer water.
pH Neutralising
Balances acidic water that can corrode pipes and fittings.
Iron & Manganese Removal
Tackles staining, metallic taste and discolouration common in bore water.
Ultra Violet (UV)
A microbiological safeguard that treats bacteria and microorganisms without chemicals.
Nitrate Treatment
Targeted reduction of nitrates, an issue in some rural and Canterbury supplies.
